These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Crystallis UK website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You have permission from a parent or guardian.
 

3. Products

We take care to ensure product descriptions, images and pricing are accurate. However:

• Colours and sizes may vary slightly due to lighting and screen differences.
• As our products include natural crystals and stones, variations in colour, shape, size and markings are normal and form part of their natural character.

All products are subject to availability.
 

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Shipping costs are calculated separately and clearly displayed at checkout.
 

5. Orders & Contract Formation

When you place an order:

• You will receive an order confirmation email.
• A legally binding contract is formed once your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if:

• There is a pricing error
• The item is out of stock
• We suspect fraudulent activity

If payment has already been taken, a full refund will be issued.
 

6. Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via the payment methods available at checkout.
 

7. Shipping & Delivery

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for all orders.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or circumstances outside our control.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected.
 

9. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographic evidence.

We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with UK consumer law.
 

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Delays caused by third-party delivery services
• Use of products outside their intended purpose

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.
 

11. Crystal Disclaimer

Crystals are sold as decorative or collectible items.

Any descriptions relating to spiritual, emotional or healing properties are for informational purposes only and are not medical claims. Our products are not a substitute for professional medical advice.
