How long does shipping take?

Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 working days after dispatch.

Orders are shipped within 2 working days of payment, although we aim to get orders out as quickly as possible. Full shipping details can be found on the Shipping page.

What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?

Please ensure your shipping details are complete and correct at checkout.

I am only able to ship to the address provided at the time of purchase. If an incorrect address is supplied and a parcel is delivered, lost or returned as a result, I am unable to offer a refund.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, redelivery may be arranged, but additional shipping costs will apply.

Do you ship internationally?

We are unable to offer direct shipping outside of the UK due to changes made following Brexit. However, we are able to offer shipping outside of the UK via our eBay shop as we can utilise the eBay global shipping programme.

I try to upload as much of our stock as I can to our eBay shop, however if there is something listed on our website that you cant find on our eBay shop that you’d like to purchase, please reach out and we can arrange to upload it for you.

Please note that eBay charges a buyer fee which is outside of our control.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. Please refer to the Returns Policy for full details on eligibility, conditions and timeframes.

Are your crystals genuine?

Yes. All crystals are carefully sourced and sold as genuine, natural stones unless clearly stated otherwise.

Quality and ethical sourcing are always a priority, and I only work with trusted suppliers.

Will my crystal look exactly like the photo?

Where an individual crystal is photographed, you will receive the exact piece shown.

For intuitively chosen or grouped listings, natural variations in colour, shape and markings are completely normal and part of what makes each crystal unique.

Do you restock sold out items?

From time to time, I may restock the same type of stone depending on availability.

However, every crystal is naturally unique. Even if I restock the same variety, you will never see the exact same piece twice. Each formation and pattern is one of a kind.

How do I cleanse my crystals?

Cleansing is a personal and intuitive practice. Many people like to cleanse their crystals when they first arrive, after heavy use, or whenever they feel energetically ready.

Gentle cleansing methods include:

• Placing them under the moonlight overnight
• Using sound, such as a singing bowl or chime
• Passing them through incense or cleansing smoke
• Resting them on or beside selenite

Some crystals can safely be rinsed in water, but not all stones are water safe. Certain minerals can dissolve, crack or become damaged when exposed to moisture. Always research your specific crystal before using water.

There is no single correct way. Trust what feels aligned for you.

Do you offer crystal healing advice?

Many people feel drawn to crystals for their energetic and spiritual qualities, and I personally believe they can hold supportive properties.

However, all crystals are sold as decorative or collectible items. Any information shared is for spiritual or educational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice.

Crystals should never replace professional medical care. If you require advice relating to your physical or mental health, please consult a qualified medical professional.

Are your practices ethical and sustainable?

Ethical sourcing is extremely important to me. I only work with suppliers that I know and trust to operate responsibly. I do not support or knowingly work with suppliers involved in exploitative practices, including child or forced labour.

I also aim to be as environmentally mindful as possible. Packaging is reused where suitable, and any materials purchased are chosen to be eco-friendly where possible.

Some protective materials, such as bubble wrap, are occasionally necessary to ensure your crystals arrive safely and undamaged. I always aim to balance sustainability with protection.
