Shipping Policy
We ship all UK orders using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Shipping prices are fixed and include both postage and a contribution towards secure packaging to ensure your items arrive safely.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order. Prices generally range from £3 to £12. Our shipping rates are subject to change as they are based on the current Royal Mail rates.
Please note that while we aim to make everything as pretty as possible; in order to be sustainable and as eco-friendly as possible, we do reuse packaging from suppliers and general deliveries from time to time.
We are unable to offer direct shipping outside of the UK due to changes made following Brexit. However, we are able to offer shipping outside of the UK via our eBay shop, as we can utilise the eBay global shipping programme. You can visit our eBay shop here.
Please note that eBay charges a buyer fee which is outside of our control.
Dispatch Times
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days, but sometimes this can be up to 5 working days.
You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Times
Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver within 2–3 working days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Lost or Delayed Items
If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch (UK only), please contact us and we will investigate with Royal Mail.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details provided at checkout are complete and accurate.
We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost or delivered to an incorrect address as a result of inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer. Please carefully check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
If an order is dispatched to the address supplied at checkout and that address is incorrect, we are unable to offer a refund.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may be able to arrange redelivery, however additional shipping charges will apply.
